What is CrossFit?
We strive to be the best CrossFit training facility in Liverpool, when you join us your not just joining a gym you are joining our community, we are a family and we drive each other on to be healthier and better versions of ourselves.
You will recieve top level coaching, nutritional guidance and constant support, we have Coaches who are passionate about improving your health and fitness, and are commited to their task. They undergo constant personal and coaching development to ensure you get the best service possible.
At CrossFit River Mersey absolutely everyone is welcome regardless of size, shape or gender. We promote a broad range of general physical fitness, that is community driven, making it the perfect application for anyone who is committed to improving their health and fitness level.
We take care of all your programming, and all classes are coach led, from the warm up to the cool down we have you covered so all you have to do is turn up! Your first CrossFit session is completely free! All you have to do is book onto any of our classes through are TeamUp page/app, sign the waiver and health questionnaire and your ready to go. After your free session, the next step is to take the on-ramp course, where you will be coached on a 1-2-1 basis on the foundational movements involved in CrossFit, see our getting started page for further details.
Is CrossFit for me?
CrossFit is available to anyone regardless of size, shape or gender. All you have to possess is the will to learn and try hard. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a professional athlete the workouts can be scaled to meet your level. We don't change movements, only load and intensity.
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.
The programme combines weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning into workouts. There are no isolation machines. Our machines are YOU.
You will use barbells, kettlebells, climb rope, perform basic gymnastic movements, all of which will assist you in performing everyday movements more effectively and efficiently, Meaning a better you!
