Marc has been involved in CrossFit for over 7 years both as a coach and competitor. His own CrossFit journey along side the years of coaching experience he has gained provide Marc with the ability to highlight the smallest issues impacting any movement pattern and simplify it so that it is easy to understand and change.
Reece is a two times CrossFit games athlete, finishing 3rd in 2017 and 4th in 2019. And has over 18 honours in 20 competitions!
In his own words he is an energetic, crazy CrossFit geek! You'll realise this soon enough, but his passion for learning and becoming a better person and athlete is what makes him a great coach.
Elaine has been working within the fitness industry for the last 25 years teaching various classes and personal training. She is a mum of three, a seasoned triathlete and competed in Ironman events across the globe. The highlight qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
Yoga/Mobility & CF Coach
Cam is our queen of movement. She has taught dance and movement for over 10 years and for the past 8 has taught yoga and mobility to very diverse range of backgrounds. Ever since starting CrossFit 5 years ago Cam is continuously learning about the external factors that can help support her as an athlete, alongside ensuring all our amazing members are moving and recovering even better!
Owner & Head Coach
Kev has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Kev’s passion for people and willingness to help everyone is his strongest trait and embodies the gyms community. Kev has experience in powerlifting and other aspects of the fitness industry, however when he found CrossFit he found his passion. As a result he opened the gym in 2014 and has continued to help, support and encourage every member since.
Toby got into CrossFit about 5 years ago coming straight from Ironman, his favourite thing about it is the community aspect. He has passion for coaching, loves his weightlifting and will always have spare minute even outside the classes to give you a little extra helping hand. He still try's to compete 2/3 times a year doing both individual and team events.
